Candle Safety/Care
Before Lighting:
Before burning, always trim the wick to ¼ inch. You can use a wick trimmer, nail clippers, or scissors.
Keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times.

Burn Candles in a well-ventilated room:
Avoid drafts, vents or air currents. This will help prevent rapid or uneven burning, sooting, and excessive dripping.

Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations on burn time and proper use. In general, it is recommended that candles do not burn for longer than four hours and cool for at least two hours before relighting.

When lighting a candle, use long matches or a long-reach lighter. Keep your hair and loose clothing away from the flame.

While Burning:
Never leave a candle unattended.

Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.

Never touch or move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is liquefied.

Don’t burn a candle all the way down. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 1/2 inch remains in the container.

Extinguish a candle if the flame becomes too high or flickers repeatedly. Let the candle cool, trim the wick, and check for unwanted drafts before re-lighting.

Never use a candle as a night light or while you may fall asleep.

Wax Melts

How to get the most out of your wax melts

Simply remove from the packaging and place one wax melt cube in the top of your melter. Make sure not overfill the wax melt burner as the wax will spill over.

The wax will melt slowly and begin to release the fragrance.

When the tea light has been extinguished or the melter has been turned off, the wax will re-harden ready for use next time.

You can re-use the wax several times until the fragrance has completely dispersed.

How to change your wax melts

When you can no longer smell the fragrance, it is time to replace the wax.

Wax will remain hot after the tea light has been extinguished or your burner has been switched off. Do not try to move the oil burner or wax melter until it has cooled completely, and the wax has solidified.

To remove wax from burner, wait until the wax cools and hardens, then apply a small amount of gentle pressure on one end of the wax until it pops out.

Alternatively, light a tea light so that the wax melts. Once the wax is liquid use cotton wool pad to soak up the wax. If you choose to use this method, please be careful not to spill the wax and make sure you have a bin nearby.

How to use your wax melts safely

Only burn the wax melt on a level, fire resistant surface using an unscented tea light and do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Please read your burner’s enclosed safety information and follow the instructions for safe use.

Keep away from children and animals.

Do not add water to the wax melt and remember to keep lit candles away from drafts & other flammable materials.

Never leave your wax melter unattended.

Reed Diffusers

How to use your Reed Diffuser

Your Reed diffuser bottle will arrive with a cap and plug stopper, to prevent any leaks during delivery. Carefully remove the cap and plug stopper, then ensure your reeds into the bottle allowing them to soak up the fragrance. After a few hours, carefully flip the reeds, to allow the fragrance to evenly distribute.

Place your reed diffuser in a high traffic area, this encourages air circulation and lifts the fragrance.

Flip the reeds every 3-6 days to freshen the fragrance, taking care not to spill the oil.

How to use your reed diffuser safely

Do not light the diffuser reeds.

Place a coaster under the diffuser to protect against the oils.

Ensure your reed diffuser is placed out of reach of children and pets.

Do not ingest.
